Turkeys for Thanksgiving

Hello folks, Quinta Cuarto de Luna has been raising turkeys in Nabon / La Paz for the past year and a half and we finally have some turkeys for Thanksgiving.

About our turkeys: they are Black Spanish and some mixes as well, but they are all a heritage breed. What is that, you ask? They grow much slower than the commercial white turkeys and do not get as big, they grow more naturally. Our turkeys need about 8 months to reach a processed weight of about 12 lbs. They free range all day and come into the coop at night.
Cost is $4 per pound.
We will be delivering to Cuenca on Wednesday, November 25th. Timing will be sent to buyers. Or, if you want, you can come pick them up at the farm on Tuesday and make it an outing (reservation needed to control distancing). You can come walk our trails on the farm, catch your own trout, come see the alpacas or just come enjoy the beauty high in the mountains, we are 2000' higher than Cuenca. We are about an hour from Cuenca on highway E35 towards Loja.
Send us an email to reserve yours, quantities are limited or contact us by WhatsApp.
