Recommendation for Pig and Cow, restaurant

Every once in a while we find a restaurant that exceeds our expectations and we have to heap praise on them and share the word. We have been amused and intrigued by the name Pig & Cow for a while and when we saw their picture of the pastrami sandwich, we couldn't believe our eyes so we took the plunge and it was love at first sight and bite  

Beyond the fact that the sandwich looked exactly the way a pastrami sandwich should, and exactly the way it does in the pictures, it tasted so good we went from saying "Wow!" to wide eyed, jubilation. I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich that came with a cold beer and homemade chips and Barbara had the pulled pork sandwich and a coke. We split the sandwiches and we both give a hearty happy thumbs up to both of them.

These people can cook and the bread is moist, flavorful and perfectly designed for each sandwich. We didn't find a speck of fat on the succulent meat sandwiches. Our meals delivered for under $20, so we gave a good tip the moto, so everyone was happy.  

Yes, these guys definitely made our shortlist of guilty pleasures. It is a great place I'd you miss hot pastrami, pulled pork or ribs. Best food discovery we've made in quite awhile. And you can also get the sàndwich meat vacuum packed if you want to have it when you want it at home

We heartily recommend Pig & Cow and we think you'll really enjoy the food.
