Recommendation for Paulina Urgiles, help with internet billing dispute

Paulina totally solved my problem with TV Cable's internet billing. I was moving to a new apartment and due to very poor service, did not want to continue with TV Cable. I visited their offices three separate times to cancel the service and return the equipment (modem and router). They were insisting on several months' additional payment, which I wasn't about to do since I hadn't even been receiving the service for which I was paying (lots of periods of no service). Each visit to TV Cable's offices involved a long line of 30 minutes to an hour before you could get to a customer service rep, and while waiting I could hear lots of shouting from other unhappy customers ahead of me inside the office.

After the third visit, where they still refused to accept the return of their own equipment as stated in the contract, and were demanding several months more payment, I hired Paulina to accompany me. We had to wait another 35 minutes in line again, but she cited the consumer protection law and pointed out what their own contract said, and they finally backed down and accepted the modem and router.

They did actually bill me another month of service, but then cancelled that after Paulina again went to bat for me. She totally solved my problem with TV Cable's billing system.
