Moving services and centralized bill pay available at Hogar de Esperanza

As part of our new Expat Services Center here at Fundacion Hogar de Esperanza, we are excited to roll out two services to support you here in Cuenca (with more to come – stay tuned). The services include our moving services and our centralized bill pay.

Through Esperanza Movers, our new moving service, we aim to provide expats with a professional service to meet all their moving and relocation needs here in the Cuenca area, while simultaneously providing training and employment opportunities for our patients and clients at risk who we support here at the foundation. Contact us for more details on our moving packages. Proceeds from this new endeavor go directly back into our programs.

And come by our new Expat Service Center, our one-stop shop to conveniently pay all your bills at once: water, lights, phone, cable, SRI, IESS and more. We speak both English and Spanish. And by paying your bills with us, we receive a small commission with each transaction that goes back into our work here at the foundation, helping those most in need.

The Expat Service Center is open Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8 AM – 1 PM (and closed on Sundays and local holidays). It is located at Mariscal Sucre 12-84 y Juan Montalvo, just around the corner from our Esperanza Thrift Shop. Stop by to visit us – thank you for your support.
