Slow Brew Coffee Cafe to the rescue

 Attention all coffee snobs! You only need to remember 4 words ...Slow Brew Coffee Cafe. That's it! They keep it elegantly simple.

For the last week of October, Slow Brew Coffee is presenting for your consideration coffee from Saraguro. They have carefully roasted it to nurture it's caramel and cherry fragrances. Flavors like panella, (cane sugar) lemon and a hint of grapefruit combine to refresh your taste buds. Just when you think it can't get better, it's a slow finish of chocolate undertones.

For November, in honor of Cuenca's 200th year anniversary Slow Brew will roast and present coffee from Imbabura and they are now busy choosing the coffee they will showcase for their espressos. What a great job right?

Because Diego Arevalo the owner/head barista is a perfectionist he bakes his own desserts. This week he is preparing fresh out of the oven sourdough breads, gluten free desserts, including colada morada cheese cake, also gluten free.

It doesn't get better or easier, so celebrate.
