Running out of time to register and vote

 Since we have no mail service in Ecuador, it is challenging to vote in the states that require your ballot be returned by mail. But we can still help you.

After October 1st, we will be at Cafe Nucallacta in Otorongo Plaza twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 to 1 to help with faxing, emailing, answering questions. and sending ballots through DHL. Whatever your situation, we will help.

If you are unable to get to Café Nucallacta, please let us know and we can come to you if necessary. Or we can walk you through the process of requsting your overseas e-mail ballot at

As US Citizens, it is our legal right to vote, no matter where we live. Voter registration is non-partisan by law.

We have also made arrangements for a discount with DHL to send a single ballot. All states accept DHL courier ballots. For more information contact:
