Friday the 8th, to Sunday the 11th, the special baby back ribs smoked in apple wood to which you can include the Memphis rub, the Oklahoma Joe's rub, or the traditional BBQ sauce of the house. Comes with French fries and coleslaw. 1/3 rack $8.50, or 1/2 rack $12.

Thursdays and Fridays- pancake breakfast. Pancake with topping of your choice, egg, bacon or ham, and fresh squeezed orange juice all for $3.60 (orange juice is free until 11:30 AM).

At Pig & Cow, we are a family venture and enjoy preparing smoked and grilled cuts with meats of certified origin and handmade, taking care of all the details so that you are sure that you eat the best.

Every day you can enjoy sandwiches and burgers from: Smoked Roast beef, Smoked Pastrami, Choripanes, Pulled Pork.  

We also have packages of roast beef, pastrami, baby back ribs and Italian chorizos, jalapeƱo chorizo, smoked and grilled, ready for you to take home.
