Mother and Son Family Kitchen

It’s no secret that 2020 has been an incredible challenge for us all. Many people have had to make major changes just to survive! We are about to try something new. The people who brought you Bento and Bone-ito are now known as Mother and Son Family Kitchen. This weekend, they will be serving a Japanese lunch at a physical restaurant.

The restaurant is called Orimaki and is located at Puerto Rico and Latino Americana. If you know where the totems are on Unidad Nacional and Remigio Crespo, go south on Unidad Nacional one block and from the roundabout and take a right on Puerto Rico. Go to the end of the street, and the restaurant is on the right.

The hours for the Japanese lunch will be noon-3 PM on Saturday and from noon-5 PM on Sunday. You will likely be able to choose from a variety of food including Japanese Baby Back Ribs, fresh Ramen noodles with beef, pork or chicken and Japanese salad.

After 3 PM, fresh sushi will be offered at the restaurant for takeout or dining in.

Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct. 4th, Calles Puerto Rico y Latinoamericana.
