Fundacion Núr helps families in need to generate their own income

Núr has recently launched the Solidarity Family Support Program, a free training plan for families to identify and develop their skills and talents to generate their own income. This program includes care for their children, food aid for the family group, access to the solidarity wardrobe, creation and consolidation of their entrepreneurial initiatives, and psychological, socio-emotional and spiritual accompaniment.

Fundacion Nur offers free training programs for vulnerable children and adults. For adults, these programs include training in professional development, personal development, family guidance, and the importance of values. We work with children in values and virtues, art, languages, school support, medical and dental supervision, and recreation. Due to covid-19 these training activities were moved to a virtual format.

The health, economic and social crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic forced us to deliver food kits to each family weekly. From March to September 2020, we have provided 1128 food kits. Currently, an average of 41 families are supported by the Fundacion.
