Critical changes at Azogues

Visa Angels has seen several announcements about things being this way or that way and it is very important that the newest and most accurate information be given to all who will be affected.

Since yesterday, 20 October, Azogues is requiring the visa applicant to appear in person for the mandatory appointment. This can change again but for now, they are not accepting Powers of Attorneys for the visa process. Quito has mandated the applicant be there for their digital photo and to personally sign the visa application. We were there with 3 clients and the process was different for each one.

For the moment the Power of Attorney is being accepted for the order of the Cedula. As of 20 October, appointments are booked totally until 3 December. Visas are not guaranteed and clients are required to be present so no longer are online visa applications being accepted. Ecuador refines, changes or stops procedures when it is necessary so this is current information for Azogues as of this week.

We are going out again this week with 2 more clients and if anything changes we will let you know.
