Complying with all the biosafety principles, the Cuenca Symphony Orchestra begins a return to the new normal
Strictly complying with biosafety principles, the Cuenca Symphony Orchestra began on Monday, September 14, the return to the new normal. This is the product of a planned teamwork for a progressive return to face-to-face work, which has involved a series of tasks at the institutional headquarters and the acquisition of biosafety equipment and supplies.
After having complied with two phases and their stages determined in the "Protocol for returning to work in coexistence with SARS-CoV-2 COVID-19", the Human Talent Unit considering the guidelines established within the regulations such as: Health situations and pre-existing illnesses, age, vulnerable circles and other aspects, has determined the groups that must still remain in telework and the officials who have returned to physical work, who will be continuously monitored by this area.
The Executive Directorate has coordinated with all the departments the actions in order to assume and maintain with absolute responsibility the biosafety regulations and work schedules in scaled schedules to start this new stage. The Musical Direction has planned with the Instrumentalists the rehearsals and recordings that will continue to feed our Digital Room, which can be found on YouTube and Facebook.
We join the campaign promoted by the National Government #YoMeCuido where they make us some recommendations and rules to follow that are listed below:
* I maintain a healthy distance of 2 meters with my colleagues.
* I wear a permanent mask and avoid waving or kissing the cheek.
* I wash my hands frequently with soap and water.
* I prioritize the use of electronic channels to attend meetings or users.
* If I have any flu symptoms, I avoid going to the office and report to the occupational doctor so that the pertinent measures can be taken.
#I take care of myself
The administrative and musical staff must abide by the guidelines given by the Government and in the established institutional protocol, as well as notify new developments in their state of health. We also inform that, as a prior step to the reinstatement of face-to-face activities, all officials have undergone the COVID-19 test to ensure their status for a safe return.
