Obtaining the new Tranvia card

It doesn't take more than three or four minutes once you are first in line They simply ask for Email, phone number, address; they make a copy of your cedula; they take a picture of you; you pay them. When I arrived, there were only two or three people before me. That was at the airport. They say in some places, lines are up to 50 people long. Of note, no one can use your card except you.
