We understand that musicians have been highly impacted by this pandemic. La Guarida is looking to help by creating a series of exclusive concerts that will benefit the musicians directly. Please know that 100% of the cover charge goes directly to the artists.

This concert will focus on Latin American music. It is a rare opportunity to delve into the tunes and rhythms that create the fabric of Latin American music. Natalie Rojas, is arguably Cuenca’s best pianist, a super talented musician who plays in Cuenca’s Symphony and has been part of all major music productions. She is joined by Moises Ortiz, who plays “el cuatro”; a Caribbean instrument similar to the guitar. Mariangel Ruiz is a special guest who will sing along some tunes.

Please know that our maximum capacity for this event is of 15 people. We will be using our two floors for the event ensuring the proper social distance. We have a private space for groups of 6 or more. All of our patrons and artists are important to us and for their safety comes first. The musicians will have their private space and La Guarida will again transform to provide Cuenca’s safest restaurant atmosphere. Your support is essential for these concerts to take place.

Join us for the unique experience filled with great music and food.
