Cooking class, fresh pasta and sauces from Uruguay

 Come to join us in our new adventure of cooking classes.

Monday, Sept 21 from 4 to 6:30 PM. Fresh pasta and sauces. Pablo Garcia from Uruguay owner of La Cumparcita is going to show us how to make and cook the traditional fresh pasta and sauces from his home country, Uruguay.
To make fresh pasta is a tradition for all the Uruguayan people and they do it with friends or family as done years back, people were used to getting together to enjoy a glass of wine and make fresh pasta to enjoy. So, why not do the same now that we have more time in our hands?
