Cooking class: fresh pasta and sauces from Uruguay

Come to join us in our new adventure of cooking classes.

Monday, Sept 21, from 4 to 6:30 PM. Fresh pasta and sauces. Pablo Garcia from Uruguay owner of La Cumparcita is going to show us how to make and cook the traditional fresh pasta and sauces from his home country.

To make fresh pasta, it is a tradition to do it with friends or family. Years back people were used to getting together, enjoying a glass of wine and making fresh pasta to enjoy. So, why not to do the same now that we have more time in our hands?
