Roommates? Tenants? Bed & breakfast or boarding house?

We have three empty bedrooms in our large home in a gated community halfway up the hill behind Supermaxi Americas. Each has a private bath and we would like to rent these rooms. Meals, laundry and housekeeping could be included at a price to be agreed upon or we could just say rent includes utilities, internet and access to the kitchen and laundry.

Here are descriptions of each room and pics are attached.

Room I 16 x 13’6 with Balcony - $400

This is a large room with a balcony overlooking the city. The view at night up here on the hill is spectacular. It’s nicely furnished with a king-sized bed and built in closets.

Room 2 16 x 10 with view of back terrace - $300
This is a nice room with a bath and a window overlooking the back terrace. It’s has a queen bed, built in closets and a bath.

Room 3 12 x 8 with view of back terrace - $200
This is a small furnished bedroom with a bath and a window overlooking the terrace and a door that leads out to the terrace and upstairs green space.

It might be helpful to share a bit about us. I will be 69 on Sunday. My wife will be 70 in September. We both still work, full time, for companies in Dallas using the internet. So, we are not retired. We are healthy...for our known problems and still get around pretty good...for old folks...:).

We don't smoke, use drugs...she won't let me...or drink except socially. I hope we are easy to get along with and since this is the first time in four years the house has been empty, I think that would be true.

Until a month ago, there were 10 of us living in this house. My wife and me plus our six-year-old granddaughter, Hannah, and seven Venezuelans. Hannah is back in Texas with her parents and six of the other folks moved to Peru.

So now, it's me, Sherry and one young Venezuelan, Simon who helps with the house, cooking, cleaning, shopping etc., while we work.
