Expats in Paute and Cuenca doctors making a positive difference; Covid

Part of an incredible group of expats that live in Paute and are making a positive difference at this moment!

Friday 8/21 at 2: 30 PM at the IESS hospital in Cuenca, a press conference is being held with all the local newspapers, radio stations and TV news to cover an act of kindness facilitated by Sri & Kira of TOSA Blue Mountain in Paute, Ecuador

Dr. Lorena Vintimilla brought an outreach project to them as she assists them with the free clinic they are opening. As a front line COVID worker she watches many who either die or get worse because of the separation from their families and inability to communicate. Many relatives suffer as well without being able to see or know how their loved ones are doing.

Dr. Lorena's vision was to bring tablets into the wards to offer direct communication between families.  The generosity of the audience that watches Sri & Kiras shows were already supporting our local food program and refugee assistance in Cuenca. When this request went out to the community it was funded in record time and tomorrow the tablets are being given to the Hospital and the program has received the full support of the Hospital and local govt.

If you would like to donate or receive more information feel free to reach out to and of course please feel free to be at this truly heart-filled moment that will bring peace, love and ever more joy to many who are battling.

With appreciation
