Consider adopting or supporting a rescue

Paws with Hope is a private, charitable endeavor that identifies abandoned dogs/animals and provides all necessary care until they are adopted. We rely strictly on the donations and kindness of the animal lovers in and around Cuenca, Ecuador.

Paws with Hope has been on a rescuing freeze for a few months now. We became overwhelmed with the large number of rescue dogs residing at our location. We try our best to give each of these rescued dogs everything they deserve until their forever humans show up. At times it takes a while for the dogs to find their forever homes, especially for the rescued ones that are on the larger side. We do the best we can to supply food, shelter, and vet care.

This week has been very tough on us. Gloria, one of the rescued dogs, had blood work done and it came back positive for kidney problems. She needs medication and a special diet. The kitten Silas was picked up by our vet this morning. He was very I'll and was making it clear he was in pain. We found out he has blood in his bladder most likely caused by infection. He will be spending atleast tonight at the vet before we can know for sure if he’s ok. I stumbled across a puppy lying on the ground. She is 8 weeks old and is being treated for Parasites and a broken front paw.

The puppy has been named Hope and she should be going to her new home on Monday.

We have a few dog's currently in foster homes who desperately need to find their forever humans.

Ginger is about 5 to 6 years old. She was adopted and owned for 9 months but returned because the adopter was experiencing health issues. Ginger loves to watch TV and her foster parents say she is the coolest dog on Earth. (Not to brag, but we do seem to pick up the coolest dogs.) Ginger goes on walks and does all her business outside.

Bella is one of my favorite dogs. Her foster mom loves her too. Her foster mom has taught her to sit on command and wait until she told to eat. She is big but thinks she is a lap dog. She is living with 4 other female dogs and is doing great with all of them.

Leon is a cool dude. We think he is about 5-years old. He enjoys sunbathing and sitting next to humans. He is very lovable and will surely make a person or family very happy.

Pictured in the main photo of this GoFundMe is a dog we are currently trying to rescue. We are calling her Everleigh. If you would like to adopt or foster Everleigh please reach out to me.

If you can contribute to this campaign or share it, we will appreciate it very much. We are overwhelmed with bills and still cant seem to catch a break. If you are interested in adopting or fostering please reach out to me.
