This week in la Guarida

We hope you can come join us in the various activities we have planned out for you. We are taking all bio-safety measures into consideration and we hope can come and join us. Our maximum capacity is of 20 people (3 floors available), private restrooms for every reservation.

Tuesday: Embrace of the Serpent 6:15 PM
A wonderful view of the Amazon and its people. A spiritual and visual journey.

Wednesday: Fried Green Tomatoes 6:15 PM
Simply an incredible film. The cast is superb and the story as good as it gets.

Please know that these two events are reservation with dinner only. Our maximum capacity is of 12 people for these evenings. We are taking all precautions for your safety and have decided to separate our tables by more than 2 meters for your protection.

Also, this week we will be continue our art exhibit by Maestro Eduardo Segovia. Come see his latest works and take away with you some of his legacy. The exhibit is open from 9am to 2pm from Tuesday to Saturday. We serve breakfast and drinks (the whole menu is available with prior notice).

Remember that every Tuesday beginning at 9 AM we are hosting Jatari Warmi. They are a women farmer’s organizations from Jadán, Gualaceo. They bring the freshest and most beautiful produce, chicken and eggs. Don't miss out. Come early as they sell fast.

We also have Nunkui products available. And on top of that Lucia visits us every Tuesday and she brings the most wonderful yucca, beef, chocolate, honey, turmeric and many more organic beauties from the Amazon region of Ecuador. Most of you already know Nunkui and the wonderful work they do.

Pick up your favorite fish from Cuenca Salmon and have Jesus' incredible sourdough bread directly from PanArte. We sell organic coffee, our homemade sausage, meatballs, strawberry and uvilla jam and many more items that you would surely enjoy.

We are 10 mts from La Cuadra Station (Tranvía) couple of stops from el Centro and a 15-20 minute walk from Ordoñez Lasso. Come and get to know us and thanks for rating us on Trip Advisor. We continue to be the #1 restaurant in Cuenca and we are honored by all the love we receive.
