Pavana Arne Werkmann is part of the Suite op. 52 for viola and piano, dedicated by Maestro Zemtsov, and was orchestrated by the composer himself.

Concerto for Viola and Orchestra. William Walton. One of the best-known viola concerts in the entire repertoire for this instrument, and which brought its composer, William Walton to the head of British instrumental music of the 1930s. The concert for viola and orchestra was written by Walton in 1929 for the violist of the time, Lionel Tertis at the suggestion of the prestigious conductor Sir Thomas Beecham.

Symphony No. 38 in D Major KV 504, Prague. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Written in three movements, apparently according to Masonic indications about number three. The three movements are composed in the form of a sonata, reaching the classical perfection of the symphony. It begins with a great slow introduction that recalls the beginning of Don Juan's overture, followed by a fast-paced Allegro that also recalls the overture of The Magic Flute. The second theme is more melodic presented by the first violins. The second movement is an Andante with an idyllic tone, but also presenting reasons for tension. The final Presto has great dynamic contrasts and energetic rhythms. In the entire symphony, chiaroscuro predominates, repentance shifting between joyous and gloomy settings, one of the characteristics of Mozart's late style.

Mikhail Zemtsov. Violist has developed an important international career in various fields.
He began his musical studies at the age of 5 under the tutelage of his mother. Later she studied viola and composition at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory (Prof. G. Odinets and T. Tchudova). She has obtained several Solistic Diplomas with Distinction from ABRSM (Mexico-England, Prof. B. Dinerstein), Hochschuele fue Musik from Hamburg (Germany, Prof. M. Nichetianu) and Conservatory of Maastricht (Netherlands, Prof M. Kugel).

She has a Master's Degree in orchestral conducting at the Nal Academy. of Music of Lithuania with Mtro. Juozas Domarkas, participated in master classes with Masters Neeme and Paavo Jarvi, Gianandrea Noseda, Lev Markiz. Guest soloist of important orchestras worldwide.
