The building was built in 2011/2012 and won awards for its architectural design. It is located between Gran Colombia and 3 de Noviembre, near Avenida de Las Americas.

Additional information: There is construction in this area and a new apartment building is being built behind our building. The construction noise has varied, but has not made us crazy, and our neighborhood remains completely quiet at night and on weekends. We selling or leasing because we are moving to El Centro in order to have a new experience of Cuenca. We have lived here for 8 years and it was a hard decision to move as we have loved living here.
