Hi, I’m Chef Rosemary, working from home, this is my menu (everything is made from scratch with my own recipes):

Lasagna: $4
* Fresh pasta made with: tomato, spinach or natural.
Choose: chicken, beef, or veggie.

Eggplant casserole for keto dieters: $4
* Zucchini, tomato, basil, ricotta, spinach.
Add: chicken or beef

* Roasted chicken with salad baked potatoes $3.50
Choose: Potatoes or Rice.
(The part of the chicken could be leg, wings or thigh)

* Mini pizzas with cheese and peppers. $1.50
Extra toppings: mushrooms, onions, etc. $0.50 each

* Pint of Pesto 4.

Weekly special: (This can change every week)

* Black Bean Soup with rice and cheese $2
* Chicken Pie $3.
* Russian Salad 2 servings $4
* Shepherd Pie $2.50
* 2 Venezuelan Arepas (flat- dish-shaped- unleavened patty made of maize flour grilled) $1- $5.
Tortilla Soup $4
(Chicken- avocado- chips and cheese)
* Burritos $6
Chicken- Beef- or Vegetarian with homemade Salsa on
the side.
* Chili con carne and black beans $4.
* Burger with homemade Buns cheddar cheese and pickles (Both optional) with Salad $3.50.
* Extra Guacamole $5.

Bakery:

* Loaf of Wheat Bread with 9 different grains (Special bread made mostly with cereals)
* Arabian Bread (8 homemade pieces) $1.50

Dessert:
Apple pie $8
Lemon pie $8
Chocolate Marquesa $4
(Cold cake made with chocolate cream and cookies)
