What's special at Indulge this week?

We at Indulge have finally finished our Mescolanza cookbook. We have bottled our first batch and we are restructuring Indulge to facilitate the presentation of dishes contained within our book.

Our hours are what you make them, through your reservations. We will post the dishes each week. Our bottled Mescolanza, Pesto Sauce and cookbook will be available for sale at the café.

We will be taking reservations for Thursday thru Saturday Noon to 6 PM. Reservations will be necessary because space is limited. You may email us at the address listed below or telephone us.

We invite you to join our mailing list. Please send us your email address by private message or email so we may send you our weekly menu.

These are our menu options for this week, February 6, 7 and 8. Each day’s menu item will be served with a tossed green salad and garlic bread. Dessert will be a slice of homemade cake. Each of the entrees are $9.

Thursday – Homemade Lasagna

Friday – Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms served on a bed of Polenta

Saturday – Rosemary Chicken served on a bed of Risotto

In addition to the specials above, we will offer the following sandwiches:

Saltimbocca Sandwich – Sautéed chicken breast in Mescolanza, prosciutto, and Hollandaise cheese with honey mustard and sage. Sandwich or Panini?

Italian Sausage Sandwich – Grilled Italian sausage patty smothered with mushrooms, onions, peppers and Parmesan cheese.

“The Italian” Panini – Smoked Provolone cheese, dry salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, smoked ham, tomato, avocado and Mescolanza.

California Club – Chicken breast, bacon, avocado, and American cheese.

Each sandwich is $4.
