Esperanza Baby Kits Project

Our Esperanza Baby Kits Project in coordination with Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital is underway. We have received some donations of baby items (thank you!!), so our next step is to sort them this week with the help of our project volunteers. Then we will begin packing the kits for our first distribution next week to young, at-risk mothers giving birth at the hospital.

For the sorting and storage of the baby kit items, we are in need of plastic bins to help keep the items clean and organized. Clear bins are ideal, but we will gladly accept any color and any size storage bins in good condition. Do you have some extra storage bins sitting around the house that you no longer need? Have you recently moved and have some bins you would like to donate to a worthy cause?

We are grateful for any donations of plastic storage bins. Thank you for your support of our new project! You can email us to arrange pickup or you can drop them off at Esperanza Thrift Shop, Juan Montalvo 8-18 and Mariscal Sucre.
