Cute, small street puppy in need of permanent home

Female puppy, approximately 10-12 weeks old (2 vets have estimated). Between 7-8 pounds; will probably grow 12-15 pounds when mature. She kind of looks like a tiny black Labrador retriever.
Photos attached.

Personality and health:
She seems smart, very friendly, and is definitely very social and engaging. Healthy and happy; easy-going personality (not hyperactive at all), docile/submissive. She rarely barks, she likes to play, and always enjoys cuddling in a warm lap. We are currently potty-training, leash-training, and teaching her some basic commands; she has responded very well to all so far. We will get her immunized this week as well as spayed when she is able.

Why we are seeking a home for her:
We found her at my workshop when she came bouncing up to my wife, with tail in full-wag mode. She seemed happy and eager but was definitely in rough shape. She's doing much better now though. Although she is adorable, we cannot keep her permanently.

If you think you may be able to offer her a loving, permanent home, please let us know.

Thank you for reading this and considering.

Sincerely,
Ken Morton & Fiona Mitchell
