Celebrating one year of International Volleyball

Thanks to everyone who has supported and played international volleyball on Sundays at Parque Paraiso. The number of interested players continues to grow, weekly. Along with this, we find the skill-spread among players has also grown to the point where some changes need to be made to insure the safety and enjoyment of all players. Also, due to the fact the 35 people came to play last Sunday and only 12 can play at a time, we may have to limit the number of potential players rotating in.

Starting Sunday, Feb 2nd 11 AM - noon and every first Sunday of each following month: March 1st; April 5th, etc.

Basic 6 on 6 Volleyball Skills and Rules Clinic
11 AM - noon
For those new to the game
For previous Ecua - Voleibol players
For those who want to review the rules and skills
After the clinic, these people can socialize, observe the regular game and/or practice bumping and setting with a practice ball.

Intermediate / Level B - Advanced Game
Noon-2 PM.
For players, only, with intermediate/Level B-Advanced skills and experience
International volleyball rules will be followed
Net, lift, and throw violations will be whistled

We hope these changes will improve the experience for everyone. Hope to see you Sunday.

Sunday, February 2. For exact times see information above. Free, west end of Parque Paraiso near the soccer field, Cuenca.
