Recommendation for Monica Gonzaga, facilitator

I got my EC citizenship this week. After several starts and stops over five years, I attended the naturalization ceremony in Machala, coincidentally, on my birthday – an all-around good day. It was a struggle that never seemed to progress until I met Monica Gonzaga. Prior attempts with various facilitators or attorneys were unsuccessful and very frustrating, inundated with changing laws and new requirements. It wasn’t until I started working with Monica and her associate, Marta, that things started moving forward.

Monica is one of those rare people that, once she sets her mind to something, you can count on it getting done. She is strong willed, solidly ethical and relentlessly determined to provide the most professional and satisfactory service for her clients. In her role as liaison between government authorities and her clients, she may take abuse from both sides. Never the less, she stays the course and offers the best possible service as facilitator and representative for her clients.

In my effort to attain naturalization, I watched Monica write letters on my behalf to challenge rulings that stalled the process. I watched her go from government office to office, desk to desk, to get the result that she knew was right and lawful. She does not stop. She does not accept an answer that she knows is not appropriate or correct.

The character of this woman is beyond reproach. I have complete trust and confidence in her abilities with any effort that I may present to her. And, on top of all this, Monica has a heart of gold. She is kind, considerate and always joyful. She is a very unique person, with incredible talents, knowledge and a drive to succeed. I could go on and on.

The growing list of services that Monica provides is most impressive. Whatever you need, chances are Monica offers the service: cedula/visa/passport application and renewal/ real estate sales and rentals, driver’s license application, property management services, relocation services for new expats, container import issue resolution, and more.

Contact her and most likely, she can help. You can be assured that she attacks every task, large or small, with the same determination and thoroughness.
