What's wrong with this picture?

If you cannot be of positive help, please do not change the subject or leave nasty, distracting remarks. For any who may know the solution for this senior's problem, and state it here nicely and simply (assuming there is a simple solution), I thank you in advance.

About 6 weeks ago I decided to try Puntonet. The Puntonet salesman came and wrote up the order at a discount he said because I have "Triple A excellent credit." He told me it would take 3 hours to install in our large condo with 70 other subscribers.

When the 3 installers came they left about a 4" square hole in the ceiling near the front door. Instead of 3 hours they were at my apartment 6 hours as someone forgot to bring certain tools they said, and they had to return to get them, plus lunch I assume given the 9-3 time. I paid a translator for that time as well.

As they were packing up to leave I asked about the unsightly hole and was told that since they had given me a discount already, I would have to get the hole repaired at my expense. This plus the translator's charge more than took care of the discount for many months to come. I have not been able to find anyone to do the remaining work which would require two trips a repairman told me.

Now I have been told by an acquaintance that Puntonet has no right to leave the job unfinished and demand I get the unsightly hole repaired. But what to do about this I have not been told. In the meantime my bank account is being charged monthly as though all is complete. As a senior citizen, I have been unable to resolve this difficulty. But what to do?
