Social Security Administration

I have on file with the SSA my Ecuadorian PO Box.
The change of address took place early in July for a change effective 01 August, 2019.
As of yet, although their records indicate correspondence has been sent, I have yet to receive a single piece of mail from the SSA.

I called them and the rep that I spoke with indicated that, to her, it seemed the issue was that my postal code was missing. Prior review of my SSA online account only showed a 3 digit country code that indicated Ecuador.

The woman stated that she would update my address to include my postal code and resend all my correspondence since 01 August.

After her update I re-reviewed by online account and it continues to not show my postal code, rather it shows my 3 digit country code.

Has anyone else had experience with receiving mail in Ecuador from a US government agency?
Would you have any suggestions or tricks to make this easier? Please keep in mind that I must receive my correspondence from the SSA here in Ecuador and not through a service in the US.

Thank you for your time.
