I had to have my iPad repaired. The screen and bezel border was cracked and broken. I had asked several vendors and all of them referred me to the Apple Store at the Mall Del Rio for this particular repair. Not wishing to take out a mortgage, I continued to live with the pieces of my shattered tech life. And then I saw a posting on this site for My Cuenca Nerd.
David Jackson (the “Nerd”), contacted me on my inquiry, and, lo and behold, he could do it! The price was more than fair, informed me he could pick up, how long the repair would take and would return my iPad on completion of repair.
He made an appointment (at my convenience) for pickup, was on time (Gringo time) repair done within the promised timeframe and the cost was even less than quoted as it was only the bezel portion that needed replacement and not the touch screen. In addition, I had asked if he could repair a Bluetooth speaker whose power port was damaged. He couldn’t replace the port because it was a part of an infused assembly, but provided with a solution that provided me with a way to be able to power my little speaker without affecting its functionality.
I am a happy person as I type this recommendation on my newly repaired iPad, and if the repairs themselves weren’t enough, My Cuenca Nerd accepts payments via PayPal!
So for your software and hardware problems and repairs, I say contact: My Cuenca Nerd.
Make it so.
