Cooking class at the Alliance Française, earlier announcement

Our last class was such a success it was booked in a record time and a lot of people were left behind. For that reason, we are making an earlier announcement that we have decided to duplicate the class another time.

Saturday, November 30th – 9 AM – 1 PM
$10 for AF members - $15 public
Class executed by yours, humbly, Chef Marc Dullin (Retired in Cuenca)
• BBQ Bacon/Basil Shrimp with Asian style baby lettuces
• Classical beef burgundy – Mascarpone mashed potatoes
• Marc’s coconut macaroon

Afterwards, we will enjoy this delightful lunch together.

Pre-paid and pre-registered only! – No walk-ins.

Price includes a full set of recipes, a generous serving/tasting of the menu + bring your kitchen’s knives for a free sharpening and always … a glass of chilled Chardonnay
