Philly Cheesesteak you say?

Hey look, I am not going to say our Cheesesteak sandwich is worthy of being called a Philly Cheesesteak. Not many are. So, we will call ours a Cuenca Cheesesteak sandwich and say that it is almost as good as the real thing. I don't want to debate what makes a Philly Cheesesteak a Philly Cheesesteak either - ask 100 people from Philly the same question and you are going to get 100 different answers. And god forbid you ask the same question to someone from Pittsburgh.

The Cuenca Cheesesteak is our invention - us being the new Vegetable Bar. We start off with some marinated lomo fino cooked to perfection, we add peppers and onions and a mixture of cheese. Here is where it gets a little dicey; you can have it cooked in the panini maker or have it uncooked...maybe you want to add some mayonnaise - people have done stranger things. You want a little guacamole? We can make it happen. This is a judgement free zone so no one is going to criticize you openly for making the Cuenca Cheesesteak your own. You definitely won't get that in Philly.

The Cuenca Cheesesteak is served with a house salad or bowl of soup and a cappuccino for the very reasonable price of $6.95. For 2 bucks more, you can have a piece of our better than New York cheese cake.
