Beef brisket cured in herbs and spices for 10 days, then slow cooked for 5 hours for a tender, flavorful dinner... served with boiled cabbage, steamed potatoes and carrots, hearty bread.

We start with a wedge salad and green goddess dressing and finish with a mocha capuccino mousse, Coffee and tea of course
