Sourdough bread (rye, classic, whole grain)

Sourdough bread. The bread dough is characterized by being made without commercial yeast. It is very healthy, has no fats, has no commercial yeast, no sugars and no butter. The dough for leavening has been formed for more than 10 years in Europe, which allows us to have a great quality and unique flavors.

Breads:
• classic sourdough $4
• whole grain bread (contains: oatmeal, chia, sesame, wheat bran and wheat germ, sunflower seeds, amaranth, linseed) $4
• whole wheat (oatmeal, wheat bran and wheat germ, linseed.) $4
• rye bread with caraway seeds $4

I would also like to let you know that none of our breads have yeast, they do not have milk, they do not have sugar and no fat. You just have to tell us in advance what you want and we'll be happy to bake for you.
