Esperanza Thrift Shop re-opens this Monday

Join us July 22nd for the opening of Esperanza Thrift Shop at our new location on Juan Montalvo 8-18 and Mariscal Sucre from 10am to 6pm. Esperanza Thrift Shop is Cuenca’s only legally registered Thrift Shop with the regulatory agencies to receive donations and sell and distribute items to the needy.

We are unique in that nothing goes to waste. While many organizations stockpile or throw away unusable donations, we have programs where we turn unusable items into usable. From making blankets and clothing for babies to altering and fitting clothing, everything is used. We give those in need, dignity by giving them appropriate clothing for their needs.

Come and visit us this Monday to learn more about us and Foundation Hogar de Esperanza. If you have donations you would like us to pick up, please contact us or you can drop them off at the store daily from 10 AM to 6 PM.
