Recommendation for Martin Luberti, red light therapy/ near-infrared light therapy

Red light therapy and near-infrared light therapy has reduced my back pain by at least 50%.

I was introduced to photobiomodulation by Martin Luberti.

The process of how this works is complicated. While most other wavelengths of light (such as UV, blue, green, and yellow light, etc.) are mostly unable to penetrate into the body and stay in the layers of the skin, near-infrared light and red light are able to reach deep into the human body (several centimeters, and close to 2 inches, in some cases) and are able to directly penetrate into the cells, tissues, blood, nerves, the brain, and into the bones.

Once in those deeper tissues, red light and near-infrared (NIR) light have incredible healing effects on the cells where they can increase energy production, modulate inflammation, relieve pain, help cells regenerate faster, and much more.

My results, with only 10 minutes a day, has been remarkable. My structural back issues will not go away without surgery, but I can walk, sit comfortably and have a fairly normal routine with red light therapy. My inflammation has decreased considerably.

Martin is giving a free presentation at the Light and Touch Integrative Therapy Clinic at Casa de Bienestar Natural on Tuesday, July 2 from 2 to 4pm. It is located on Cornelio Merchan 7-94 y Padre Sodiro, Cuenca.

It made a difference in my life. Maybe it will work for you.
