Pastrami and Corned Beef at Mike's Meats

Thank you all for your tremendous reviews of our Pastrami and Corned Beef. We've done our best to keep up with demand, but honestly, we had no idea that they would be so popular. Candidly, I greatly underestimated demand. For our first order, we prepared over 80 pounds, which lasted a mere four days. Unfortunately, because the artisan who prepares our Pastrami and Corned beef was out sick all last week, we attempted to "mimic" what he had prepared, but candidly, it didn't turn out as well as we had hoped.

Consequently, we've decided that until our next batch of the real "Katz's" Pastrami and Corned Beef is ready, hopefully by next Friday or Saturday, we'll hold off from offering it. We would rather not sell something that our customers might not be satisfied 1000%, or ....offer something that, I myself, don't think is up to our standards. If it's not "perfect", I'd prefer to wait. We hope you feel similarly.

Now for the good news,....in the meantime, as always, we'll continue to offer our many other delicious Deli products. Smoked turkey breast, Italian dry Salami, aged cheese, Roast Beef, Prosciutto, caramelized ham, Apple-wood smoked bacon, pork Pastrami, Chopped Liver Pate, our fresh daily breads and rolls and prepared salads, amazing pastries, chocolates, wines and liqueurs are all available.

Not to mention, of course, our prime aged, American beef cuts, pork and organic, free range chickens.

Moving forward, we'll be offering much, much more. With any luck, new products commonly found in the US and Europe will be introduced weekly.
