If you love food, love learning new recipes, love talking about food, meeting new people and above all, eating...then come and join us for a fun-filled afternoon! This month we’re featuring local artisanal food producers and distributors … Organic Vegetables from Alvaro Tenemaza, Cheese and Shrimp from Luvimar, Eggs and Free-Range Chicken from Alex Duran and Lamb, Paiche and Smoked Trout from Lenny Charnoff

Tuesday, 18 June
Lamb Burgers with Feta, Fresh Beets in Romescu Sauce, Shrimp Toast, Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Wednesday, 19 June
Smoked Trout, Cucumber and Arugula Salad with Creamy Dill Dressing, Ditali Pasta with Brocolli and Basil, Fricasseed Chicken with Black Olives and Basil, Open-Faced Swiss Chard and Welsh Rarebit Sandwich

Tuesday, 25 June
Bourride (Marseille Fish Stew and Aioli with Paiche), Balsamic Roasted Squash, Polpettes (Feta and Potato Cakes), Spicy Sephardic Cabbage

Wednesday, 26 June
Classic Roast Chicken, Zucchini with Mint and Vinegar, Smoked Trout Brandade with Baguette Toasts, Cauliflower Cheese,

All classes are $22 including IVA, and are held from 3—6 PM, and include the recipes and eating the food made. Wine available for $2/glass. Classes limited to 8 people.
