Celebrate 4th of July at Sabatino's with Double D's and Pacos Blues

Surely you've already heard Mauricio is turning his kitchen over to Double D's to bring you a new experience for 4th of July. We've designed a menu to leave you full and fueled for a night of music, dancing, and--of course—fireworks.

Each plate will include three skewers of meat--beef, chicken, and pork. The sides are Cowboy Caviar (aka Black Bean and Corn Salad--slightly spicy; definitely refreshing), Potato Salad, and Barbecue Baked Beans. Dessert is a Red, White, and Blue Trifle featuring fresh berries and our special cream layered with angel food cake--a perfect way to end a hearty meal.

Doors open at 4, and dinner will be served around 5:30. Paco's Blues starts around 7pm and will take us through the evening with great music. Later in the evening, Mauricio will light up the sky with fireworks.

$16 tickets are available through Tuesday, July 2, from Sabatino's and from wherever you see Double D's. Don't wait to purchase until the last day though. We'd hate for you to miss the hottest 4th of July party in Cuenca.

See you Thursday--and be sure to come hungry.

Thursday, July 4, 4 PM until?, Sabatino's Garden Restaurante, Roberto Aguilar y 3 de Noviembre (one block west of Plaza Otorongo)
