New Cuenca- based YouTube channel focuses on beauty and livability

YouTube channel “Go Explore Ecuador” launched their premier recently, with an in- depth interview of Chef Juan Carlos at much- loved Tiesto’s Restaurant in Cuenca. “Explore Ecuador” is comprised of Cuenca- born certified national guide, Carlos Lara, as well as professional videographers, photographers, media specialists, and native translators, who have come together with a common goal; to provide true objective information on topics surrounding Ecuador and its inhabitants, as well as share the beauty of the country and its people.

Co- host Scott Michael says, “due to the lack of information available to those seeking to visit and/or re- locate to Ecuador, there is a need for a show like this to answer questions and show the country in its’ true light.” The videos have been well- received by expats and Ecuadorianos alike, which is the goal of the producers. All of the videos are closed captioned in Spanish so that the videos aren't limited to English speakers.

While there are many obvious topics to cover, the staff at Explore Ecuador would like to hear your recommendations. If you have a question, or a topic for a show you would like to see, please email Explore Ecuador at info@exploreecuador.net

Please visit the YouTube channel "Go Explore Ecuador" or the visit the website at www.ExploreEcuador.net to watch the videos. In addition, the program's facebook page features the videos, photos and more.
