Very beginner Spanish and Cuenca Etiquette w/ Martha Mays

Based on Josh Kaufman’s TED Talk, twenty (20) hours is what it takes to learn something new, including a language, in this case, Spanish. I’m offering a 25-hour class, which also includes all sorts of tips on living in Cuenca, my home for the last eight years. (Send me an email if you can’t find Josh Kaufman on Google, and I’ll send you a link.)

To register, choose the AM time from 10:30 to 12:30, OR the PM time from 2 to 4, and contact me to reserve your seat. Classes begin April 8th, and run for four consecutive weeks, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, ending on May 3rd. Tuition is just $5 per hour, $125, and includes all the handouts and a free textbook, “Margarita Madrigal’s Magic Key to learning Spanish”.
Classes are limited to only eight (8) students so that you will get lots of attention.

My location is on Otorongo Plaza 6-23 in the brick building next to Nucallacta.
Contact: or 098 116 0877 to register or ask questions.

Coronel Talbot 6-23 y 3 de Noviembre in the four-story brick building above the Nat Sam Yoga studio.. April 8th to May 3rd in the morning 10:30 to 12:30 or the afternoon from 2 to 4.
