Strong Bones: Preventing and Reversing Osteoporosis- a CTE lecture

Do you want to have strong and healthy bones? Can the damage that already exists be reversed? What are the consequences of having Osteoporosis to my enjoyment of life?

On Tuesday, March 12th, the Crea to Espacio (CTE) lecture will focus on ways to prevent and reverse Osteoporosis by building and strengthening your bones through diet and exercise.

Our Speaker: Bobette Jones was the founder and president of Medical Information Services, LLC. for eight years. The company provides on-site osteoporosis screening and education in Washington State and Oregon. Although she is now ‘retired’, Bobette enjoys keeping current on the latest research and information and giving lectures to those interested in learning how to prevent and reverse the effects of Osteoporosis.

Registration cost: $10 per person

100% proceeds of this event are donated to Crea tu Espacio, an Ecuadorian
registered non-profit foundation that provides assistance to migrant and immigrant families in Cuenca.

Note change in location for this month only: International Christian Community Centre Nicanor Aguilar, just east of Av. Fray Vicente Solano (near Mount Sinai Hospital).
