Free History of Cacao in Ecuador class at Chocolate Factor

Free class - The history of cacao in Ecuador. For about 1 hour you will learn about the history of Cacao in Ecuador and sample 4 ea 70% single estate chocolates from the National Treasure of Ecuador; the ancestral trees are what we use for our chocolates.

Also try two of our 85% sugar free Freedom Bars designed for those who do not want any sugar or those people with diabetes.

We will hold the class on the patio unless it rains. Starts at 3 PM sharp to 4 PM.
The instructor will allow 15 minutes for questions from those attending.
Class will be moderated by one our most experienced chefs and chocolate makers.

Chocolate Factory and Chocolate Making classes 101 and chocolate 201 will take place soon. More details to come.
