Recommendation for Servicuenca, home repair/leaks

We had a few simple repairs that needed to be completed all around the house: broken tiles, bathroom fixtures, electrical sockets and the tightening of kitchen cabinet doors. The main issue was a water leak that was filtering through to the dining room area, which we believe was caused by a crack in the roof panel. I called up Servicuenca after a friend recommended their services, and they walked me through everything in fine detail. After taking care of the smaller stuff, Javier just climbed up to the roof and was able to locate the crack that we had suspected was causing damage to the wall and ceiling. It was nothing major thankfully, and all it required was a special heat activated strip that they use specifically for situations like this. Once that was done, and after waiting for the rain in order to make sure that there were no other small cracks or openings on the roof, did they proceed to repair the ceiling and wall. It consisted of using a plaster that when dry, evens out the surface affected by the moisture. A little bit of paint was applied, and everything looked like new again. The work is better than I had expected and I have Richard and Javier to thank! Keep up the fabulous work guys.
