Beautiful octagonal house, fully furnished, located on a 2 hectare plot of land in the mountains, 15 minutes by car from the centre of Vilcabamba.

2 bedrooms, 1 office/art studio space, 2 bathrooms (one with bath), kitchen, cozy living room with wood burner, lots of windows to enjoy spectacular views all around. Laundry room with washing machine. Outdoor barbecue area.

Built 7 years ago according to the highest European standards, it combines the beauty of rustic Ecuador with an eclectic taste and a bohemian atmosphere.

Surrounded by lush gardens and 15 different types of fruit trees and a coffee plantation (all easily maintainable with automatic drip irrigation), the property has been completely enclosed with fences for the safety of your pets.

Reliable internet service and cellular phone reception. Flat screen TV and DVD player with lots of DVDs (in English and Spanish)

The property has a natural pool with an 80 m2 covered patio next to it, ideal for yoga or entertainment. There is a garage for two cars, a sheltered outdoor grill, a vegetable patch, a chicken coop, and a sandbox and trampoline for children.

At 50mt from the house there is a charming adobe guest cabin (one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen with open plan living room). This is ideal for receiving guests and has served us well as extra income when rented out as a b&b.

Very quiet environment, without any traffic noise. Magnificent hiking trails everywhere (including the 1 hour walk to the village)
