Recommendation for ServiCuenca, leak repair/plumbing

Due to the heavy rain that has been hitting Cuenca recently, a few water leaks developed all around our house, with some being more serious than others. This in turn caused damage to the ceiling in all of the rooms where there were leaks, mainly bubbling of the paint that when dry began to crumble. A friend recommended that I call Richard Totoy and Javier over at Servicuenca, and I am so glad that I did. They were able to visit my home and review the damage, as well as develop a game plan on how to best resolve these issues. They managed to get to the roof and replace a few broken tiles, and placed a special sealant strip underneath to help counter against the heavy rain fall. In a different part of the house, the old fiber cement roof sheet had to be completely replaced, since it was damaged beyond repair. Once all that was completed, they began restoring the ceiling damaged by the moisture from the water leaks. It took some sanding, plastering and painting to get it back to how it was before. They also helped us with a few leaky faucets in the bathroom, as well as a loose drain pipe underneath the kitchen sink. I am so grateful that these guys are around, since Richard speaks perfect English and Javier is an excellent handyman.
