Senior's Yoga class Sunday + Monday - for beginners


We'll be having an Isha Upa Yoga class in the northern part of Cuenca on Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd Oct. Here you'll be learning some rather simple, but very effective practices that rejuvenate the body and mind. Benefits are:

- Stretches and strengthens the back and spine
- Healthier joints, including shoulders, knees and neck
- Calms and balances the mind, while yet creating alertness
- Overall health-benefits that can have a tremendous positive impact on your joy, well-being and help you stay young at heart, body and mind.

The teaching is done in such a way that you will know how to practice on your own after thr class, so you can make these wonderful exercises a part of your daily life. This simple Yoga can really be done by anyone, but particularly beneficial for seniors, and it does not require any previous knowledge or experience.

There will be 2 sessions of about 1.5 hours each, attending both sessions is needed to learn the practice properly.

Price: $50, or group discount for 2 or more people: $40
