The use of blood concentrates is becoming more and more popular in medical aesthetics as patients like the concept of using their own cells instead of a synthetic alternative in their quest for a younger and fresher look.

EzPRF is designed to produce 100% autologous Platelet-Rich Fibrin using the most advanced technology. The technology is used to have more cells by low speed centrifugation and it’s also 100% natural, additive free fibrin scaffold.

How do we obtain more cells?

Basically by low centrifugation. In opposition to Platelet-Rich Plasma, Platelet-Rich Fibrin is based on a low centrifugation concept. In order to obtain PRP, it is necessary to spin the tubes at up to 6x the G-Force of the ezPRF process.

The idea of the high spin method is to eliminate all red cells, by pushing them down with gravitational force. It’s a good idea, but spinning the blood too fast, for too long, results in pushing down a majority of the platelets, and almost the entirety of the Leukocytes and Mesenchymal stem cells.

How does the fibrin form?

The absence of anticoagulant in ezPRF tubes allows the fibrinogen molecules to be converted by Thrombin into fibrin during blood clot formation.
This spongy Fibrin matrix will keep cells more active, allowing longer, slower, contrast and more durable release of growth factors, which will accelerate tissue healing and regenerating processes.

Remember, it is 100% natural with no additives. It forms a gel and contains very high concentrations of platelets, fibrin and withe cells.

Also is used to boost hyaluronic acid filler injections, during micro-needling and after ablative laser resurfacing procedures, also is implemented in hair simulation programs and in surgery procedures after face and neck-lifting procedures and rhinoplasties.

What is the ultimate blood concentrate?

1. More cells: Not only does ezRPF contain more platelets per mcL., it also has leukocytes and Mesenchymal Stem Cell.
2. The fibrin scaffold: The fact that the plasma actually clots into fibrin allows a much slower release of growth factors and cytokines. We have more cells, resulting in more GFs, kept alive longer and released for a much longer period of time.
