There are many options in Cuenca for breakfast… Each with a unique taste and ambiance. But none like the Amedeo farm to table Bistro.

What we offer is a variety of out of the box specialties with our chef prepared breakfast and brunch options.

If you want something simple yet amazingly delicious, you can order a cup of our exclusive high-altitude coffee with an almond or chocolate biscotti or with any of our unique, international and delicious pastries. Try our American classic breakfast sandwiches on English muffin or maybe one of our Venezuelan croissants. And if you are looking for a lighter super healthy option, order our scrumptious whole grain, house made granola with yogurt topped with fresh fruit.

Order our made to order Venezuelan arepas with a variety of fillings; or Amedeo’s special toast & jam or try the newest breakfast trend, our famous Avocado Toast on Artisan Rosemary bread.

Awaken your senses with the Amedeo Tartines, our Croque Monsieur or our Croque Madame (w egg) is made using our own aioli, premium ham, sauteed mushrooms, onions, asparagus and gruyere cheese,

Our vegetarian option includes portobello mushrooms topped with sauteed onions, yellow & green zucchini squash and gruyere cheese.

As you see we have something for everyone.
