Recommendation for Latvian rye bread, bread and cookies

I highly recommend the Latvian sweet 'n' sour rye bread sold at the Feria at Minka (Gran Columbia y Benigno Malo). This is the best bread I've had in a long time, dense, moist, chewy, flavorful, and healthy. The young woman who makes and sells it has other kinds of breads and cookies. In her handout she lists the health benefits of her bread such as restoring the microflora in the intestines and strengthening the immune system among others. It is made with whole grain rye flour and sour dough starter. It does not contain any animal products or artificial additives. And did I say it is delicious?
